 - The WWF has an In Your House PPV on Sunday. Tentative line-up has:
    - Davey Boy Smith vs. Bret Hart for the WWF Title
    - Razor Ramon vs. Goldust for the IC Title
    - Henry O. Godwinn vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley in a "slop" match
    - Razor Ramon & Marty Jannetty vs. 1-2-3 Kid & Sid
    - Ahmed Johnson vs. Dean Douglas
    - Diesel vs. Owen Hart
   This will be Dean Douglas' final show with the company.

 - Rumours abound that the WWF will bring in Steve Austin and Cactus Jack,
   and that we'll also see the return of Demolition.  Add to this the
   recurrent talk of Public Enemy being very close to signing with WCW
   and things get interesting for ECW.

 - WCW has Starrcade on PPV on 12/27/95.  Tentative line-up has:
    - No Hulk Hogan.  Not even an appearance.
    - Randy Savage vs. winner of triangle match for the WCW Title
    - Ric Flair vs. Sting vs. Lex Luger in a triangular match to
      determine the challenger for the WCW Title match
    - A 7 vs. 7 series with WCW wrestlers vs. New Japan wrestlers,
      featuring:
       - Sting vs. Kensuke Sasaki
       - Alex Wright vs. Koji Kanemoto
       - Randy Savage vs. Hiroyoshi Tenzan
       - Lex Luger vs. Masa Chono
       - Johnny B. Badd vs. Masa Saito
       - Eddy Guerrero vs. Shinjiro Otani
       - Chris Benoit vs. Jushin Liger

 - The RAW vs. Nitro ratings war thus far looks like this (draw
   your own conclusions):

 - WWF Monday Night RAW now airs live (or taped; you know what I mean)
   in the wider Toronto area on CKVR from Barrie.  I had posted a couple
   of weeks back that CKVR was picking up the show, but there was a delay
   in getting it on the air.  Too bad, since the original debut night
   would have had the "Shawn Michaels faints" episode, and the delayed
   debut had the dreafully predictable and generally poor "Bret Hart
   wrestles Bob Backlund and gets attacked by Davey Boy Smith" episode.
   The Shawn Michaels interview was easily the highlight of the show.

 - The Observer reports that the WWF received complaints about the
   chairs and Diesel's swearing at Survivor Series and muses about
   the difficulty of putting out a slightly rougher product while not
   alienating current sponsors.

 - The WWF has the Royal Rumble PPV on 01/21/96.  The rumoured line-up has:
    - Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels for the WWF Title
    - Diesel vs. Undertaker

 - WCW has a Clash of Champions on 01/23/96.

 - WCW has a PPV on 02/11/96.

 - The WWF has an In Your House PPV on 02/18/96.

 - Awards: The awards results should be posted by the end of the
   weekend.  There were 75 or so ballots and at least a third of
   them didn't follow the guidelines I'd hoped they would.  As a
   result, even though the generation of the results post is
   somewhat automated, a lot of time was chewed up just massaging
   "creative" ballots.  I still have to plug the comments, etc.,
   into the results post.
