{ Today's post is unfortuantely cut short because I'm not typing so
  well.  At lunch, I managed to juice the hard way when my knife hit
  a gusher instead of the baguette.  Only my sense of duty makes me
  post anything at all.                                                }

 - Bobby Heenan and Curt Hennig have apparently left the building as far
   as the WWF is concerned.  We know that Heenan's contract is up soon
   and word is that he's not staying with the company.  Hennig asked
   for a few days off a while ago when his dad took ill and seemingly
   has decided not to return.

 - Madusa supposedly defeated Alison Royale in a first round WWF Women's
   Title match.

 - In the "you thought it couldn't get more tasteless" department, talk
   is that George "The Animal" Steele is being brought in to manage
   Bastion Booger in the WWF.

 - WCW has Starrcade '93 on 12/27/93 from Charlotte, NC.  The line-up is
   rumoured to include:
     - Ric Flair vs. Van Vader for the WCW Title in a special stipulation
        match: Flair will retire if he doesn't win (one report says that
        the loser will leave WCW, but it's probably false)
    *- Davey Boy Smith vs. Rick Rude
    *- The Nasty Boys vs. Sting & mystery partner for the WCW Tag Titles
     - Rick Steamboat vs. Lord Steven Regal
     - Dustin Rhodes vs. Steve Austin

 - Awards: The fourth annual Usenet Year-End Achievement Awards are
   currently in the voting stage.  Please try to get your completed
   ballots submitted in the next couple of weeks.  In previous years,
   I've had on average ~40 participants cast ballots; so far this
