He is reportedly making big money offers to lure Hogan back into the fold. Hogan has been rumoured to be thisclose to signing a deal with New Japan, with various different sweet deals being talked about, almost all guaranteeing in the neighbourhood of $100000 a shot. One report has Vince offering Hogan $3000000 for a year with three shots a week, which with no weeks off is on the order of $20000 a shot. - The WWF has a Saturday Night's Main Event on FOX on 11/14/92. Taped matches are scheduled to include: - Money Inc. vs Ultimate Maniacs for the WWF Tag Titles - Bret Hart vs. Papa Shango for the WWF Title - Ric Flair vs. Big Boss Man It's possible that the Ric Flair match will have to be scrubbed. Flair will supposedly ignore doctors and come back from his ear injury earlier than advised. Maybe they'll show the Shawn Michaels vs. Davey Boy Smith title change. - The WWF has it's annual Survivor Series PPV from Richfield, OH, on 11/25/92. Matches will include: - Bret Hart vs. Shawn Michaels for the WWF Title - Randy Savage & Ultimate Warrior vs. Ric Flair & Razor Ramon with trouble-shooting referee Sgt. Slaughter (in trouble because of UW's apparent contract demands and Ric Flair's injury) - Big Boss Man vs. Nailz in a nightstick match - Kamala vs. The Undertaker in a casket match (in trouble because of Undertaker's injuries) - Money, Inc. with Jimmy Hart defend the Tag Titles against the Nasty Boys with Lou Albano - Davey Boy Smith vs. The Mountie for the IC Title - Tatanka vs. Rick Martel There's some confusion about what matches will actually take place on this card. There's some talk of an 8-man tag match taking place with Money, Inc. & Beverley Brothers vs. Natural Disasters & Nasty Boys. - Yokozuna debuted on the weekend. Bam Bam Bigelow has already worked a TV taping. I guess Vince has decided that he needs new monster heels for Bret Hart to beat. Speaking of Yokozuna (which is the title given a Sumo grand champion), prospective future yokozuna Takahanada shocked Japan last week when he announced that he would be marrying sex symbol Rie Miyazawa. - LOD Animal has left the WWF. - WCW has a Clash of Champions live on WTBS on 11/18/92 at 8:05 EST. The replay will take place the next night at 10:05 EST. Speculative match-ups include: - Ron Simmons vs. Tony Atlas or - Ron Simmons & Robbie Walker vs. Tony Atlas vs. Barbarian and - Paul E. Dangerously vs. Madusa, presumably in a gimmick match where Paul has one arm tied behind his back (will they humiliate Paul so much that he quits? They seem to hope so) - King of Cable tourney semi-finals & finals: - Sting vs. Rick Rude --\ |-- winners in final - winner of Jake Roberts vs. Dustin Rhodes --/ vs. winner of Tony Atlas vs. Big Van Vader - Awards: The votes are pouring in. Just like last year, please feel free to include any of your own award categories and winners. You know, stuff like: "Best Entrance Music: 1. blah blah blah, etc. " Herb...
