It's expected that some 55000+ fans will attend (with 60000+ being a sell out of the Tokyo Dome), with the $220 ringside seats all sold out a long time ago. The line-up is: - Ric Flair vs. Tatsumi Fujinami for the WCW title - Sting vs. Keiji Muto (working as Great Muta) - Doom vs. Bam Bam Bigelow & Big Van Vader - Riki Choshu vs. Tiger Jeet Singh - Jushin Riger vs. Akira Nogami for the IWGP Jr. title - Steiner Brothers vs. Hiro Hase & Kensuke Sasaki - Masa Saito & Masa Chono vs. Arn Anderson & Barry Windham - Tom Zenk, Brian Pillman & Tim Horner vs. Shiro Koshinaka, Tatayuki Iizuka & Osamu Matsuda. - Scott Norton vs. Equalizer The card will be aired as a US PPV on April 7th for $9.95. It looks like the Doom match will not be aired, because WCW is pretending that they haven't broken up in Japan. Also, don't expect to see the Riger match, the Choshu match & Scott Norton. That's a bit of a shame, because the Riger/Nogami match will probably be the best thing on the card, with Nogami returning to Japan after a long absence and looking to get over again. - The Doom match may still be jeopardy since Butch Reed has missed the last two WCW tapings. No word on if he's gone or not. - Buddy Landell is gone from WCW. He was fired after an out-of-the-ring altercation. It's just as well because Dusty was going to bury him anyway. - The latest WCW tapings featured the arrivals of One Man Gang and Owen Hart. - As was mentioned by someone (sorry for the no-name), a new heel by the name of Black Hood will debut in WCW shortly. This will be Master Blaster Steel, managed by Kevin Sullivan. - I'm kind of sad that WCW is going to do away with the Four Horsemen permanently. I would have liked to see one more all-wrestler form of the group. It looks like everybody will go his separate way, and it certainly looks like Barry Windham is being set up for a face turn. - Bob Costas, who bailed out of the WWF's instant replay debate at WM VII, will be replaced by Alex Trebek, of "Jeopardy" fame. - There is talk that the WWF is courting both Mike Tyson and Donovan Ruddock to act as a special referee at WM. Iron Mike and Razor Ruddock will meet on Monday, and the WWF wants the winner as a ref. - We can expect an appearance by Ricky Steamboat at WM, possibly an angle. - Rumours that Randy Savage plans to take a leave of absence from the WWF are fueling rumours that Elizabeth is going to deliver a child in the near future. - The WWF is already soliciting for video purchases of WM VII. The cover of the video promo has Hogan wrapped in the US flag, holding the WWF title. Gee, nothing like keeping your bookings a secret. - Tugboat and Rick Martel are already getting buried at the house shows, adding fuel to the rumours that they will be among those cut after WM. - Finally, grand champion Hokutoumi suffered a major upset yesterday in Osaka, Japan, to Akebono at the Spring Grand Sumo Tournament.
