The card will feature: - Ric Flair vs. Tatsumi Fujinami for the WCW title - Lex Luger vs. Riki Choshu - Doom vs. Bam Bam Bigelow & Big Van Vader - Sting vs. Keiji Muto - Steiners vs. Hiro Hase & Benkei Sasake - Barry Windham & Arn Anderson vs. Masa Saito & Masa Chono The Doom match may be in jeopardy because of their recent split-up. Maybe Larry Cameron will finally debut as a Doomer. We won't be running a booking prediction for this card, because there probably isn't enough familiarity with the Japanese wrestlers to warrant it. Latest word has the re-match card taking place as a live PPV on 5/19. - Rumours persist that Randy Savage wants some time off from the WWF to spend with his wife, Elizabeth. Rumours are also in the air that the Ultimate Warrior wants to take some time off. I guess we can take this to mean that whoever loses the "retirement" match at WM VII will actually just take a summer vacation, and be back. Popular word has it that Warrior is scheduled to feud with the Undertaker after WM, if UW indeed stays on. - Other summer programs are said to include Roddy Piper vs. Ted DiBiase, and a short Hulk Hogan vs. Sgt. Slaughter feud. - Bob Costas has pulled himslef from the WM VII line-up. He was scheduled to be part of the instant replay bit with George Steinbrenner and Paul Maguire. The reason given is the poor taste of the war angle. - Shane Douglas reportedly left the WWF to care for his very ill father. The parting of the ways was amicable, and the door is open for Shane's return. In the mean time, Shane his splitting his time between his dad and disabled children. - Tony Atlas, who left the WWF as I mentioned last week, has signed with ICW. - Did everyone catch the Steiners vs. Keith Hart & another jobber match on one of the WCW syndies this weekend. Incredible. With Barry Horowitz having quit the organization a couple of weeks ago, I'd say that Keith is the best jobber they have, with Rip Rogers a close second. In the Steiners match Keith took three awesome power moves, the highlight being a back-drop from the top rope. - As others have pointed out, the jobber who faced The Viking on one of the WWF syndies this weekend did a creative job of tying himself up in the ring ropes. I don't particularly care for John Nord's imitation of Bruiser Brody; I much prefer to watch my tapes of Brody himself in action. I hope that casting of the Nord as a heel under Mr. Fuji brings about a subtle character change at least. Herb...
